Aloha is Driver’s New Word
Holland MI – May 16, 2009 – At the Brenner Group everyone’s goal is to safely protect themselves, as well as company and private property, the public in general and the communities in which we all live and work.
“We hire the best of the best in terms of our employees and our driving staff. We want people to come to work and safely perform their jobs while keeping our customers happy and then return safely to their families at the end of their day. Safety always comes first,” said Don Willcutt, Brenner’s Director of Corporate Safety & Compliance.
To recognize their fleet employees, a 9-day all-expense-paid Hawaiian trip was offered to drivers who drove safely for a two-year period with no accidents, incidents or tickets. All drivers who met this requirement were placed in a random drawing.
James MacFarlane, Brenner Transport driver from Flint, Michigan was the winner. He and his wife Maria just returned from their Hawaiian adventure staying on the islands of Oahu and Kauai in ocean-front suites.
“We were able to travel around the islands, visit Pearl Harbor, see the pineapple plantations, watch the surfers on North Shore, go to a luau and learn all about the Hawaiian culture. It was a spectacular trip that we will never forget,” said MacFarlane.
Brenner Group anticipates the announcement of their next Drive Safe Incentive Trip in the near future.
